Whilst training for the London Marathon I picked up an injury that caused pain in my left knee every time I ran. On my first visit to the clinic, Glen immediately identified the problem and outlined a personal exercise programme for my recovery.

I was suffering from ligament damage to my knee after a fall. Glen identified the problem, and through intense massaging, and a course of treatment, worked on breaking down the scar tissue and rebuilding the muscle.
Two months after that I did an 80 mile sportive in just over four hours. I was really pleased with the result, most importantly no knee problems. A previous Physiotherapist had improved the symptoms but never actually sorted it out.
